WCAF - Whitby Comic Arts Festival 

The Whitby Comic Arts Festival (WhitCAF) on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Central Library.

This festival has a local, literary focus and is geared towards Whitby residents of all ages.
